Our Reception Cover service provides a professional presence by highly trained and specialised staff. Our Reception Cover Service
We will appoint highly trained personnel to deal with visitor and employee requests such as appointment management (tracing and contacting staff on visitor arrival), the answering of external and internal calls, and enforce the signing in and out policy to visitors and staff for security and health and safety reasons. Our reception staff will also carry out additional duties such as patrols in order to prevent or detect signs of intrusion and checks on security doors, windows, and gates.
