Assured 24 are ready for the next lockdown
April turned out to be a very busy time for our Security Response Team due to a significant increase in vacant properties and consequently higher rate of intruder and fire alarm activations. We are well prepared for another battle, working 24/7 to provide our customers with an exceptional service at an affordable price.
Whether you are looking for daily/weekly patrols of your vacant building, or if you need a professional Keyholding Response to attend your property when an alarm goes off – we will take care of it.
MOBILE SECURITY PATROLS
Need someone to keep an eye on your empty premises during lockdown?
Our SIA Licensed Mobile Security Patrols deter criminal activity, but also help building owners/managers to comply with Health & Safety regulations and duty of care.
There is also an Occupiers’ Liability Act laid upon the occupiers of all buildings to take ‘such care as in all the circumstances is reasonable’ to make sure that visitors (and to some extent even trespassers) are reasonably safe.
Recently, our Mobile Patrol spotted that one of the letters on a building we patrol daily got blown by high winds and was hanging on a wire and rocking side to side. This was causing potential danger to passers-by. He immediately conned the area off, called the emergency contractor and stayed on site until the contractor attended and fixed the issue.
Our #MobileResponse Units are on duty 24/7 keeping your premises safe and secure.
